This week because I miss a field trip to the park with the group, I went to do my own field trip int Thailand. One thing I notice about where I live is that the weather is really hot all years round int he areas where I live, but the air qualities and the view and natural part the earth is still existed which I really enjoyed about. I can't hear car sound or other sound rather than birds and the sound ofd the natural vibes.

For this week I decided to shop use chair and plates to my home collection and decoration. Today I went to flee market by the border of Burma and Thailand, where many plates from plastic to cardboard to glass/melamine plates are sold at less than a dollar or two. One thing that I notice is that when big country like Japan, china, and USA throw away plates and chair consists of plastic, aluminum, and medals, smaller countries like Thailand and Burma purchased them in bulks at cheap prices and resale them at flee market where the local buy it and be useful. I find this to be really earth friendly and great way to up-cycle and recycle undisposable or decomposable items. instead of throwing it out and harm the earth, why not imported to other countries that can make it useful and make profit out of it.

This week, instead of car, I decided to ride motorcycle to commute from place to places. I notice that most motorcycle in Thailand are eco-friendly than cars. They seems to require few resources and they require less fuel then cars. The challenge I face with riding motor cycle is that how little space it has to carry my grocery items when I go for grocery shopping at the local farmer market. Plus, because it is always raining in Thailand somehow create issues of staying dried. However, the benefits of driving motorcycle includes, easy excess to a narrow roads and easy excess in and out in traffic time.

This week after my usual doing normal laundry with easy washing and dryer machine, I realized that hand watching my cloths and drying it in the sun in Thailand is much worth it and saved so much money on electrical bills because electricity in Thailand is expensive.

This week eco-challenge is collecting rain water and make uses out of it. For example, with so many water being waste in my planting and bathroom. why not replace those with rain water. So I got a regular huge bucket made out of woods. Then I put it where the water falling down from the roof tops. Once the bucket is full I move it to larger water saver jugs to keep for further uses like using the water for planting.

This week I order food through online because I am doing quarantine and I only eat and shop at local fresh foods and fruits growers. Mostly my meals are consist of rich in fibers and plant based diet and less meat consumptions. Overall, I face obstacle like graving for meats and energy crash for the beginning of the week the first day of doing meals base on plants. After my second days of the week, I still craved for meats but have a full energy from plant based diets. Plus, I noticed I loose couple pound from doing plant based diet too.

For my eco-challenge this week, I went hiking at Smith Rock State Parks. one thing that I noticed was how quiet it was and how intents was the hike. However, I really enjoyed the sound of the rivers, ducks, and geese, and a hawk flying around and above my head. I recommended everyone to hike in the Fall then summer because you get more natural calm vibes than people the sound of people talking.

At first, it was confusing for me to go around the course and figure out where to post and interact with teams. However, after a good day of figuring out and watching a start-off video, I was finally able to figure out how I should be involved.

As for this week, I have enjoyed two meatless meals and I feel great and full. One thing that I notice during eating only meatless meals is that I feel fresh and detox more than usual and feel less hungry. The obstacle that I face during eating only vegans meals is that I craved meat on the first day. I feel like I don't have enough protein without meat and my energy is lower to do daily works. Another obstacle that I go through this week is that figuring out what vegans meals to eat when most of the food provided as vegans are contain animal products even though it said it is vegans. like for example, Cesar salad dressing is most of the time use beef fat oil and bread crumb contain beef oil also. So figuring out meat products don't contain vegan meals was an obstacle.
