March 2 at 8:36 AMSpoke with a former colleague at another school about Sustainability and the course. We had a lengthy talk about sustainability's value. Many folks know it's important and yet do they take the time to actually apply it in their own lives.

February 26 at 9:03 AMWays I can make my ecological footprint smaller is: 1) eat less beef, 2) I use a tower garden to grow veges and herbs, this uses no soil, chemicals and recycles water to water the plants, 3) eat more organic foods, 4) I do not use a plastic water bottle any longer, and I will bring my canvas bags to shop with instead of plastic ones.

February 11 at 10:55 AMI ate a totally organic meal last night, that I grew myself and the meat I ate I harvested wild myself. I joined this group and class to learn more about water and food sustainability. I would also consider being on a board and volunteering for other sustainability programs.
