    I walked more and ate more vegetables this week.

    This week for my diet I incorporated a lot of greens and fruits and drinking a lot of water.

    I created a list of only what I need and try to remove " I want" items. My list involves groceries, clothing..etc. It is great!  it kept me accountable and encouraged me to maintain sustainable in these specific areas.

    I went bike riding approximately four miles everyday

    My distance varied. some days I walked 5 miles, some days I walked 6 or 7.

    I picked up some used water bottles  and disposed of them in a recycling bin on campus
