June 5 at 10:07 AMMy faucet in my bathroom and the connecting point for my front yard hose were both leaking. I was able to fix my bathroom faucet by tightening all of the intersection points more. And the front yard hose faucet needed some waterproof epoxy around its seal to stop the leaking.

May 30 at 4:46 PMI took advantage of the couple days we had of sunny, hot weather. I have never walked out around my neighborhood since I moved apartments. The area is surrounded by walking/biking paths and a few parks. Because the dog parks opened back up, my friend and I brought her dog, Beso. We walked along a trail for while that eventually led us back to...

May 27 at 8:57 PMBecause I've already started a garden with wildlife-friendliness in mind (at least from my part), I suppose I can say I've achieved this. I'm also beginning to feel cautiously hopeful as I've managed to get a working means of efficient irrigation started for it.

Fast food was not an option anymore because of all the waste that came with every order. The...

May 26 at 1:09 PMThis week for my challenge, I will be supporting a sharing economy! To successfully do this, I plan to share my car with my boyfriend when I am not using it. Another action I plan to take is to do my laundry with my boyfriend so that we use less water; I'm not sure if this exactly counts as a sharing economy but I thought it would be a good idea!

May 26 at 12:13 PMHey all! With my eco-change being me building a garden bed for my mom, I have had to do some research on a few things. One being, soil. I really didn't want to just go to a store and buy 5 plus bags of soil. So, I found a place near me that sells compost, topsoil, mulch, etc. in bulk! Once the frame is done (which will be this week), my dad and...

May 26 at 9:38 AMMy county (Marion) opened up recently to Phase 1 and I was able to drop off clothes and things I've accumulated for donation. It felt good to drop them off because it freed so much space in my closet. It made me realize how to let go of things that no longer serves me a purpose. This post will probably sound philosophical but it seemed like I...
