Most of us eat a full or partial plant-based diet and these resources helped spark curiosity or improve our diets over time. Remember, you don't have to go "cold turkey" to make a difference in your health or carbon emissions! Start small and build.

If anyone is looking for something interesting but calming to have on in the background (the silence of remote work is hard for me) I recommend Night on Earth, a Netflix docuseries that chronicles wildlife using night vision tech. It's a new angle on a familiar genre. -

People in our UCF community will design and pitch their own ideas for what to do with the green space left behind by the old Trevor Colbourn building. Easy to access green spaces are a great way to encourage people to get outdoors!
