Matt Russell 2/21/2020 11:37 AMWe recommend a plague with no foreign assistance in a country with a very large population and a lower socioeconomic average. This huge cutback would give us the time we need to make necessary changes in our lifestyles and making all of these changes in one generation is nearly impossible. Sorry if this is messed up but I feel it is inevitable anyways with population explosions. -
