Stephanie HUFF 12/09/2020 7:12 PMI work from home so don't drive very much anyway. But I walked to the grocery store and Walgreens this week instead of driving. Good exercise and did a little bit to reduce putting pollution in the air. -
Stephanie HUFF 11/26/2020 12:38 PMGoing great. Really learning quite a bit. It's kind of depressing to realize how much we waste and the impact that waste has, but at least I am now much more aware and making conscious choices that hopefully will matter. -

Stephanie HUFF 10/14/2020 7:31 PMWent for a hike at Klondike Park this past week which was an area I've never been to. I highly recommend this park. I love the idea of walking on a new trail every week to see different parts of the area. -
Stephanie HUFF 9/30/2020 7:26 PMLast week I chose to watch documentaries on climate change and food, and this week am choosing to watch a documentary on water. (You can tell what I like to do in the evening when my daughter goes to bed) as well go explore a new trail. So far, I have discovered the series "The Years of Living Dangerously" on Amazon and "Kiss the Ground" on Netflix. Both are eye opening and interesting. I didn't realize there were so many choices of documentaries out there and now am hooked. I would love any recommendations. I'm sure there is something I can learn from all of them.-
Stephanie HUFF 10/06/2020 8:32 AMThanks. I will watch that next. I was watching another episode of the Years of Living Dangerously last night and thought it interesting that one of the climate change activists and narrators in the series, Mark Bittman (NY TImes reporter), was interviewing someone and took a sip from a plastic water bottle. I yelled at the computer! He needs to watch that too. -
Lacy Cagle 10/05/2020 3:18 PMHave you watched The Story of Plastic? I watched and discussed it with earthday365 this summer, and I appreciated its focus on the systems that produce and trash plastic instead of just individual consumer actions. -
Jamie Kenyon 10/01/2020 12:40 PMI don't remember what it was on but not a documentary. It was about the man selling fake green credits. It showed a flaw in the system. I absolutely love the way he was caught. It's always something simple.
