Garrett Fojtik 3/22/2018 12:19 PMEating a vegan, whole-food diet has become my way of making a positive sustainability impact on a daily basis. Because this has become a core part of my lifestyle and habit, I have begun to reflect on the fact that it may be time to adopt a new and equally as ambitious sustainability change into my life. The act of going vegan is not enough to constitute for a truly sustainable lifestyle by itself and I know that I can challenge myself to make an even greater impact.
