Makeda Fekede 4/30/2018 9:42 AMI spent a total of 4 hours researching, watching documentaries and videos on correct recycling and composting. Although, my volunteer service at church has made me quite well versed in recycling, there was still much I learned from my time researching. I wouldn't call myself a master in recycling and composting yet but I aim to be one through hands on experience. -
Makeda Fekede 4/30/2018 9:39 AMLast week, I committed to only using non-plastic, reusable cups for drinks. I also made an effort to not use straws, refuse plastic bags from stores and paper bags from panera and chipotle. It was actually very achievable once you take it seriously and build a passion for reducing you footprint.
