Ruth Griswold 8/25/2021 8:14 AMOne of most significant ongoing life changes to support sustainability is using dish cloths instead of paper towels for 99% of kitchen and household clean up. The cloths are cheap, I have about 30, and instead of reaching of for a paper towel - reach for a cloth. if it is just wet, hang it on a hook, it will dry. If it is truly dirty, put in the its laundry bin. These are the only items I wash in hot water (with steam) to sanitize each week. I have not purchased paper towels in over a year. There are some nasty things that will cause me to use paper, but they are rare indeed.-
