Keeping a log of your life's events can see whether or not your life is being satisfied and how your emotions are reacting. As you continue, you can make some small changes in your activity life to see if your change has brought more satisfaction, or creates distress. To see the highest- quality measures of your life satisfaction, you can use the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) to measure both the positive and negative affects of your decisions in life.

I watched a video called Food Fight: How Corporations Ruined Food, and it explains how food that was grown locally provides more health benefits and reduces the amount of food from being thrown into the landfill. It also explains how people are slowly forgetting how real food is supposed to taste like, because unnecessary food products are being stuffed in stores. Fruits and vegetables don't make much of a profit as people believe they have no actual taste and it's boring to consume them. Learning how to grow your own food helps you feel closer to the Earth, understand the process of what goes into making and growing your food, and able to connect to people locally through food.

If you know your daily cycle well enough, it helps you figure out what you need for health and safety pretty easily.

Scaring, seducing, and misleading us. Wow. Tricking people into thinking that tap water isn't healthy when just making bottled water is harmful to the environment. Even though the this video says that tap water is safe to drink, I can't help but feel a bit hesitant, as I heard somewhere that the pipes could potentially release lead that could go into the water you drink. Maybe those pipes have to be really old for that to happen, I don't know. It's been a long time ago since I heard about that.

Using the same bottle helps reduce the times a person has to get another bottle to fill with water. Gotta clean that bottle to keep it clean for the next time you drink from that same bottle.

I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 5 disposable plastic bottle(s) each day this week.

I've been mostly taking the bus, the subway, and the shuttle to get to and back from Mason. There's plenty of space in the subway seats that could allow more people to take, rather than drive to their destination.

After the horrible act of violence that occurred in Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS, I felt like it was important for this petition to be signed. In order to find a peaceful future, we need to stop people from purchasing weapons so easily that could destroy the lives and dreams of the victims, as well as their friends and family.

Picked up trash and recyclables near Randolph Elementary School. There were mostly recyclables, such as cans and beer bottles. It's sickening to see so many bottles near the bases of the trees. Not to mention under thorn bushes which gave me some good slashes. I managed to fill up three whole bags after completing three hours of picking up the recyclables. There was so much that they almost overflowed, even started ripping through the bag that thankfully there was a recycling bin just outside of the pathway. I had to carry the other two bags up a hill where there was a recycling bin near my apartment. Thankfully the bags held as I dumped into the bin. There were some people walking by as I was collecting the recyclables and trash into the bags and know they saw me. Though, I doubt that they would get the message. When I was collecting the recyclables, there was a beer box that was supposed to hold glass beer bottles that looked like people would sit and drink. This meant that the next day, there's a good chance that these morons would go to the same spot and do this shtick again, when there's two recycling bins at the entrance and the exit of the path. But no, people just love to be lazy and dump them wherever they want.
